Let’s work together

I take on websites, full-stack apps, and AI integration. You talk to the person who builds it — no account managers, no handoff, no agency markup. I scope the work, quote a fixed price within a day, and build it myself — and you pay when you approve it, not before.

What I take on

Fixed scope, fixed price, quoted in 24 hours.

Website

from $750

1–2 weeks · one written price

A fast, sharp, mobile-first site for a business that is losing work to the one it has now.

  • Design and build, start to finish
  • Mobile-first, loads fast on a phone
  • Copy tightened, not just poured in
  • Google-ready: titles, previews, sitemap
  • You own the domain, code, and hosting

Best for: local service businesses, trades, clinics, studios

App build

from $3,000

3–6 weeks · one written price

A working product with accounts, payments, and real data — the same stack behind the apps on this site.

  • Accounts and secure sign-in
  • Payments (Stripe) if you sell something
  • Real database, real dashboard
  • Live preview link from day one
  • Repository and credentials handed over

Best for: founders needing a first version people can use

AI integration

from $1,500

1–3 weeks · one written price

An assistant or automation wired into the tools you already use — with fallbacks so nothing breaks when the model is down.

  • Reads your real documents and spreadsheets
  • Plain-English actions your team does by hand today
  • Deterministic fallback when the model fails
  • Your data stays in systems you control
  • Handover doc so your team can run it

Best for: small teams drowning in manual document work

After it launches

$50/monthor$100 per change

First month free with any build

Hosting and domain, handled · Text me a change, it is done · A checkup and backup every month · automations on request

Cancel any month you like. The site stays yours either way — it always was. Every build includes 30 days of fixes after launch, plan or no plan.

Companies and clients I have worked with

Work I have built inside companies and for the people who hired me — in production, in progress, and live.

Atlas Space: an AI assistant beside tools for checking bills, auditing, reconciling lines, and fixing spreadsheets

UTR Global

AI workspacein production

Atlas Space — an AI document-and-spreadsheet workspace built at UTR Global, where I intern. Their team drops in real telecom bills and works in plain English: audit charges, check rates, reconcile lines, fix files.

Runs inside the company on real invoices, where being wrong costs money.

The EZTennis landing page: "Play the right tournaments" over a personalized tournament scheduler with USTA, UTR, ITF, and WTN coverage

EZTennis

AI scheduling appin progress

An AI tournament scheduler being built for its founder: it assembles a personalized monthly schedule from USTA, UTR, ITF, and WTN events around a player’s rating, location, and calendar, with an AI coach to adjust it.

In active development, with the client reviewing builds as it comes together.

Comics for Comfort

Nonprofit websitelive

A website for Comics for Comfort, a New Jersey nonprofit that collects donated comics, screens every issue for the right age group, and delivers them to clubs, libraries, children’s hospitals, and troops overseas — built to look like the comics it moves, down to the newsprint dots and the barcode.

Live on its own domain, with the running count, the screening promise, and the contact routes the organisation runs on.

The terminal’s Ask the Analyst view: the AI returning a full stock breakdown — pricing data, key metrics, bull case, and bear case

Private financial group

AI market terminaldelivered

A Bloomberg-terminal-style AI market tracker sold to a small financial group — an AI analyst that breaks a ticker down on demand, and live alerts that turn material events into concrete calls.

Delivered to the group for internal use.

Send me the messy version.

You don’t need a spec. Describe the problem in a paragraph and I’ll come back with scope, price, and a date — usually the same day, always within one.
